Other executive members in attendance were Jeri Karpinski, Jennie Stephens, and Sandy Elliot. In Mary Schmidt\u2019s absence, Carol Spencer took the minutes.  Motion called for approval of last month\u2019s meeting. Betty Morris moved and Bonnie Eagleton seconded the motion. Carried.  Jennie Stephens gave treasurer\u2019s report. $4457.75 (chequing), $248.50 (petty), $587.50 (50\/50), $395.00 (hole- in-one).  GENERAL BUSINESS Betty Morris reported on President\u2019s Cup which starts next week. Individual tournament, 2 weeks, group cards, and individual card for Sandy; flights set for red tees; $10.00 for prize money which covers both Tuesdays; can sign up for individual play, but no game. With Match Play, she encouraged membership to find partner. Regarding membership, there are 32 and 1 is just for handicap. She encourages membership to sell our group to other golfers.  Sandy Elliot, handicap chair, reported everything going well.  Jeri Karpinski encouraged us to think about becoming part of the executive. President and possibly 2 vice positions are open.  Kokopelli League is going well. Currently in 4th place; 19th of January is at Copper Canyon. Shan Wattenburger reported.  Chef Peter is concerned about people not ordering a lunch\/drink. Chuckwagon is not a meeting place.  Mary Graham passed out past winnings, plus winnings for today, Jan. 5.  Next meeting Feb. 3.  50\/50 won by Karen McGimpsey.
